After studies in France and abroad, Hélène Olivier-Schmite graduated from Kedge Business School in 2002 and starts a commercial career at C.W.F (Children Worldwide Fashion), european leader of Kids luxury Fashion under licences.

Few years later, she joined her commercial director to create JDI Fashion – today named Fashion Link Agency – children Fashion agency representing luxury brands on French territory.

In 2009, she joined the Luxury sector of Robert Dodd’s multibrands showroom but also many other freelance showroom’s teams, such as Lanvin, when the collections were at that time designed by Alber Elbaz, enabling her to discover womenswear’s universe and meeting major players of the market.

Motivated by her professional network, Hélène Olivier-Schmite founded Make it Happen in 2014, in order to accompany international brands in their showroom’s organisation and in their branding while Paris Fashion Weeks.

Enthusiast and hyperactive, Hélène Olivier-Schmite continues in freelance her consulting missions for project management. She contributes to the launching of the first Yves Salomon Kids’s collection in 2014, and organizes its commercial development in France and abroad until today. She also participates to the B to B marketplace project by Melijoe in 2016. She is involved in different entrepreneurship plans.
